I do my best to create high quality pieces of jewelry and art, usable again and again. If for any reason something becomes faulty or breaks, under normal circumstances I do not accept returns. If you really enjoy the piece and want it repaired and fixed, please email me and I will work with you about sending it back to me for repair. I really am nice to work with and will do what I can to deliver high quality products.
I will ship my products after payment has cleared, currently only accepting Paypal. I usually ship within a day or two, weekends and holidays excluded (as the Post Office isn't open).
